Important Booking & Delivery Updates

Effective July 9, 2026

To ensure we have enough time to prepare equipment and coordinate deliveries, all next-day rentals must be booked by 5:00 PM on the previous day.

After 5:00 PM, the next day's availability will no longer appear on our online booking calendar. If you're booking after 5:00 PM, simply select the next available rental date.

Additionally, Blue Line Equipment Rental is only able to deliver equipment within the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Due to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, we are unable to deliver equipment across state lines.

  • Our Weekend Rental is designed to help you knock out your project fast without paying for extra days you don’t need.

    • ✔ We Deliver: Friday Evening
    • ✔ We Pickup: Monday Morning
    • ✔ 2 full days of use (8 hours of seat time total)
    • ✔ Priced lower than standard daily rates

    👉 Simply select Saturday–Sunday when booking and you’re good to go.

    Weekend spots are limited and fill up quickly—book early to lock yours in.

  • Not sure what you need? Here’s a quick breakdown:

    • E35 Excavator → Best for tight spaces, backyards, and smaller jobs
    • E60 Excavator → More power for bigger digging, trenching, and land work
    • T66 Skid Steer → Great all-around machine for grading, moving dirt, and heavy work
    • CAT 259 → High-performance machine for serious lifting and tougher jobs

  • No prior experience is required—but you do need to feel comfortable operating machinery.Our equipment is user-friendly, and many of our customers are first-time operators tackling projects around their home or property.👉 We’ll give you a quick overview of the controls and basic operation before you get started.

  • When we pick up (or you return) the equipment, we will refuel it ourselves and send you a payment link for the exact fuel used. This keeps things simple and ensures you’re only paying for what you actually use.
